Mr. Macdonald is a self-employed geological and management consultant, retired from APEGGA and BCAPEG. Mr. Macdonald has a BA (1971) and BSc (Geology) (1973) from the University of British Columbia.
Mr. Macdonald has extensive experience in planing and managing exploration projects and in corporate management. He has production mine geological experience and and was regional exploration manager for a major mining corporation.
Mr. Macdonald has significant director and officer experience in junior public companies, including several that transitioned to the TSE.
Mr. Macdonald has audit committee experience and is financially literate.

Chris Cherry
CFO
Mr. Cherry has over 20 years of corporate accounting and audit experience. Mr. Cherry has extensive corporate experience and has held senior-level positions for several public mining companies, including director, CFO and secretary. Mr. Cherry has been a chartered accountant since February, 2009, and a certified general accountant since 2004. In his former experience as an auditor, he held positions with KPMG and Davidson and Co. LLP in Vancouver, where he gained experience as an auditor for junior public companies and as an initial public offering specialist.
